i have a friend who is curious and wants to know what does it take to work for Microsoft? he says he has applied so many times but no one from Microsoft seems to notice his Resume unlike other employers. does it really take that much to work for Microsoft Company? Thanks

if he's been turned down repeatedly, he should give up. They can afford to hire only brilliant people - they probably get 100-1000 resumes for every job opening they have
