Is there a smudge tool in 'Microsoft Picture It 7'? Like there was in the old 'Microsoft Picture Editor', if so where is it please?
Microsoft Picture It 7 - smudge tool?
I've got this software, I've just had a look through it, and I can't find any smudge tool. You can sharpen or blur an image, but that's about it in that catagory.
You might want to try The GIMP, it's a free photo editor with all the features of Picture It, plus about 8,000 more!!
