Microsoft office 2003 professional?

my Gmar has a copy but mircoscum only let you load it on 1 computer and one laptop, is this true?

it costs over £400 why did they do that?

i really need microsoft word and other bits to do my study, this has been a huge problem since i bought my computer 3 years ago. I must get microsoft word!

is there any possible way to duplicate the disk? so that i can get office 2003? its not far that you pay all that money for one piece of software and can only use it once, on the early version it lets you load it 3 times?

PLEASE help!!!!!

Microsoft office 2003 professional?
You can get OpenOffice, which is a free open source package similar to MS Office. It also reads from and writes to Office files.
Reply:You are not buying the software, you are buying a licence to use the software. Check what the licencing is. I do not see any difference between desktop and laptop, if you have 2 licences you should be able to install on any hardware you like.

Read the EULA that will be on the disk.
