Microsoft Mellenium troubleshooting?

Microsoft discontinued support for Mellenium. I am unable to scan disk or do defragmentation. Is there any non-MicroSoft tool on the web that can be used to do scan disk and defrag?

You can try to do the scandisk/defrag in safe mode and see if that works for you.
