Microsoft XP start-up tool bar?

My microsoft XP start up tool bar (the toolbar that contains the time, internet connections, volume, the word Start with the microsoft flag, icons, etc..) some how is now displayed on the top instead of the bottom. How do I fix this?

Microsoft XP start-up tool bar?
In the empty part of the bar, just left click and drag it to the bottom
Reply:right click it, uncheck Lock, then click in an empty area on the toolbar and crag to bottom, then re-lock
Reply:Here are the steps

1.Control Panel

2.Taskbar and Start Menu

3. Uncheck "Keep the Taskbar on top of other windows"
Reply:just right click on the toolbar%26gt; then click on "lock toolbar" which must already have a tick on it. If it doesn't, then just drag the bar with your mouse to the bottom. try double clicking.
Reply:Click on it with the mouse and pull it down. If it does not move, right click it and uncheck lock tool bar, then click on it and pull it down!

That should do it :)
