Microsoft office outlook email problem?

When I try and email from microsoft office outlook, I get an error box which reads:





Microsoft Office Word





Interface not registered





How do I solve this problem, I have tried to re-install word %26amp; outlook. I have tried to repair the problem with the install disc but still I can't send emails
