Alright, I've worked on a essay for 4-5 Days now and it is a MultiMedia presentation, Meaning I am using PowerPoint. I have just finished it and I am running on a Microsoft 2007 Vista OS and thats where I did it, I went down stairs and tried to show my sister who is currently a senior to edit it and she has Microsoft XP, So when I put it in hers it doesnt work (The USB with the PowerPoint File) so the problem isn't that I can't show it to her. Its that my school runs on Microsoft XP(2003) and I dont know what to do. Is there a way I can convert these two so I can run it on my computer at school?
Trouble between Microsoft 2007 PowerPoint and Microsoft 2003 Powerpoint?
As stated above, you can save it as an older version in 2007 but the computer with the older Office products needs to have the compatibility pack installed.

Reply:Hello!
When you go to save it, check the options, there should be one to save as a "2003/XP" etc. compatible powerpoint...
Reply:I have PP 2007. To convert it select the logo and select Save As. Right across from the Save As button is the PowerPoint 97-2003 option.
Reply:Choose File %26gt; Save As. Then under the Save As Type dropdown, choose an older PowerPoint version. It's still a .ppt file, and should work on computers with older PowerPoint versions installed.
